Saham launches a joint venture in customer service with German Bertelsmann

Moroccan group Saham and German media and services specialist Bertelsmann announced, on September 18th, the creation of a joint venture in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The new group’s activities include call centers, live chats and community management for social networks.

The joint venture, scheduled for launch in January 2019, is equally owned by both partners.
