Saham Assurance: shareholders’ decision

The shareholders’ Ordinary General Assembly of Saham Assurance took place on 11 May 2020 in Casablanca.

The meeting discussed the company's activity and approved the management reports as well as the financial statements ended on 31 December 2019.

Several regulations were adopted following the current health crisis. Thus, the allocation of the result and the distribution of the dividend were revisited. The latter rose to 30 MAD (8.63 USD) per share against 40 MAD (11.5 USD) initially proposed.
