Saham Assurance launches a new claims management portal

Moroccan insurer Saham Assurance has launched a new platform for motor claims management.

The portal allows Saham's customers to follow the progress of their file in real time. When the insured chooses to repair his car in a Saham authorized garage, he can benefit from a step-by-step follow up of his repair with pictures in support. Tracking can be performed from a smartphone.
