Reshuffle at the top of RMA Watanya

Important change at the top management of RMA Watanya, second largest insurer of the Moroccan market. Zouhair Bensaid has been nominated chairman of the executive board, wheras Mounir Chraibi, the current general manager of BMCE Bank, and Hicham El Amrani, general manager of FinanceCom have joined the supervisory board. Fouad Douiri, former chairman of the executive board would be entrusted with the management of the new network Bank of Africa, via which RMA Watanya is planning to develop its activities in Africa.

RMA Watanya has reported a turnover of 4 448.4 million MAD (533 million USD) in 2010 and a profit of 1 027 million MAD (123 million USD) for the same year.
