Reinsurance partnership between CAGEX and ICIEC

Compagnie Algérienne d'Assurance et de Garantie des Exportations (CAGEX) has entered into a strategic reinsurance partnership with the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC).

The agreement was signed during Aman Union's 14^th annual conference, held on 1-3 December 2024 in Algiers.

The agreement is aimed at boosting export credit insurance capacity to enable Algerian exporters to expand into new markets.
