Recommendations following the 28th general assembly of the FANAF in Kigali

The Insurance Companies Federation of African National Law (FANAF) meeting in Kigali on its 28th annual general assembly over the topic: “World Trade Organisation and African Insurance” recommends that African states should protect continental insurance market – mainly that of marine insurance – against foreign competition.
