Rebranding of Assurances SALIM

Shareholders of Assurances SALIM are about to validate the insurer's name change at the extraordinary general meeting to be held on August 8, 2019. The new name chosen is BH Assurance.

Created in 1995 by the BH Bank, former Banque de l'Habitat, Assurances SALIM amends its name in response to the change in the bank's name in April 2019.

«BH Bank» controls 42.2% of the insurer's capital.
