QIC introduces its new “Coins” loyalty program

Qatar Insurance Company has unveiled its new “Coins” loyalty reward program for its policyholders.

Through this initiative, new and existing customers can earn and redeem loyalty points (Coins) throughout their journey with the insurer.

QIC App and qic.online users can earn points in a number of ways, including:

• downloading the QIC App and creating a personal profile
• underwriting a first policy or renewing an expired one via the mobile app or web portal
• taking part in customer satisfaction surveys

Additional “Coins” can also be earned when using the non-insurance features recently integrated into the QIC App.

Customers can redeem accumulated points for in-kind gifts tailored to their needs and preferences.
