Oran hosts the 33rd GAIF conference

The city of Oran in northwestern Algeria will host the 33^rd conference of the General Arab Insurers Union (GAIF) from 5 to 8 June 2022.

Initially scheduled from 11 to 14 October 2020, then from 10 to 13 October 2021, the biennial meeting has been postponed twice due to the pandemic.

The theme of the conference is "The new environment and its impact on the insurance industry. What challenges and opportunities for the Arab insurance market?

Nearly 1 500 participants including 720 foreign delegates will be gathered in the Convention Center of Oran to discuss developments in the insurance market.
