The General Meeting of Oman Reinsurance Company (Oman Re) was held on 7 July 2020.
Juma Bin Ali Al Juma and Nasser Bin Ali Al Thani were respectively elected Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for a three-year term starting in 2020.
The reinsurer's Board of Directors has registered five new entrants:

- Talal Al Zain
- Gamal Mohamed
- Pramod Kumar Hiran
- Alaa Fares
