Old Mutual insurer interested in acquiring Long4Life

Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE), the private equity branch of Old Mutual, is proposing the acquisition of the entire share capital of Long4Life, an investment holding company which operates assets in the fields of sports, leisure and personal care in South Africa.

The proposed transaction includes a cash offer of 5.8 ZAR (0.36 USD) per share.

The Board of Directors of Long4Life is currently reviewing the details of the offer.
