An agreement protocol for the creation of a Takaful insurance company specialised in personal lines insurance has been signed between Ahli United Banc BSC and the British Legal & General Group. Endowed with a capital of 200 million USD equally shared by each of the two partners, the new entity shall be based in Bahrain.
