New company called T'azur Company

The authorities have granted license to the new entity named T'azur Company, endowed with a share capital of 500 million USD shared among the stakeholders of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. The new company was set to start operating by the end of 2007. it will be run by Bernhard U. Schluep, who has held important tasks for 15 years in Zurich Finance Services in New York and Switzerland.
