Nasco Insurance Group acquires Crescent Global Insurance Services (Bahrain)

The Nasco Insurance Group, specializing in insurance and reinsurance brokerage in the Middle East and Africa, has acquired the Bahrain-based broker Crescent Global Insurance Services.

The deal was completed on 21 April 2024, following approval from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB).

This acquisition is part of Nasco's strategy to expand its operations in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) zone.

The transaction solely covers Crescent's operations in Bahrain. The Group's activities in the UK and other European countries are not included in the agreement.
