Merger between Jerusalem Insurance and Arabia Insurance finalized

Following approval by the relevant authorities, Jerusalem Insurance and Arabia Insurance Jordan have completed their merger.

Under the terms of the transaction, Arabia Insurance Jordan has been merged into Jerusalem Insurance, which remains the surviving entity and succeeds to all rights, obligations, and liabilities of Arabia Insurance Jordan, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

As a reminder, Jerusalem Insurance acquired a 72% stake in Arabia Insurance Jordan in September 2025.

This merger marks one of the most significant transactions in the Jordanian insurance sector.
