Medgulf authorized to resume its activities

After having ordered a temporary ban on the activities of the Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance (Medgulf), the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) authorized the company to resume its underwritings. Medgulf can henceforth issue and renew insurance policies.

The decision implemented since April 16, 2018, comes as a result of the reforms undertaken by the company to comply with the solvency requirements.
