Philip Frerks has been appointed Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at Malakut Insurance Brokers, a department newly created by the brokerage group. P. Frerks is based in Frankfurt, Germany.

Prior to his recent appointment, Frerks spent two years as Head of M&A and Transactional Solutions at Aon, Germany.
