MAIF to introduce an ecological dividend

Starting in 2023, the Mutuelle d'Assurance des Instituteurs de France (MAIF) will allocate 10% of its annual profits to societal and environmental projects.

This ecological dividend is part of MAIF's long-term strategy to fight climate change and protect the environment.

By 2022, the company has proceeded to reduce greenhouse gas emissions related to its activities.

Crédit Mutuel, a French banking group, has also set up a societal dividend, dedicated to financing sustainable development actions with 15% of its annual net profit.
