Lloyd's subsidiary in Brussels obtains license to practice in Europe

Lloyd's Insurance Company S.A, the Brussels subsidiary of the eponymous group, has just obtained the administrative approval of the national bank of Belgium. This approval will allow Lloyd's to carry out insurance and reinsurance activities in the European Economic Area after Brexit.

The company's customers in Europe will continue to benefit from Lloyd's expertise as of January 1, 2019.
