Lindelwe Lesley Ndlovu new CEO of ARC Ltd

Lindelwe Lesley Ndlovu has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of African Risk Capacity Insurance Company Limited (ARC Ltd), a subsidiary of the Pan-African Risk Management Pool for Natural Disasters (ARC).

The new CEO, who will officially take office on March 1st, 2020 is to replace Dolika Banda whose mandate has expired. L. Ndlovu is a graduate of Oxford University and the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in France.

He has acquired fourteen years of experience in insurance, seven of which with the AXA Group. He notably was CEO of AXA Africa Speciality Risks, a Lloyd's syndicate.
