Dumisani Dlamini has been appointed Head of Claims at Klapton Re, a reinsurance company based in Lusaka, Zambia.
D. Dlamini is a graduate of Wits Business School (Johannesburg), the University of South Africa and Harvard Business School (USA).
He launched his professional career in 1984 with Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation. From 1991 to 2004, he held senior positions in the claims departments of several South African companies, including Allianz. In February 2004, he joined Swiss Re Africa as Claims Manager.
Prior to his recent appointment, D. Dlamini had been Africa Re's Claims Manager since 2009.
