"Joker Bailleur", a new product from Saar Assurances Côte d'Ivoire

Saar Assurances Côte d'Ivoire has launched a new product called "Joker Bailleur".

Targeted at owners of rental properties, the solution guarantees:

• payment of unpaid rent for twelve months,
• coverage for property damage caused by the tenant,
• coverage for damage sustained in the event of fire in the building,
• payment of the costs of amicable and contentious proceedings,
• payment of rent in the event of vacancy due to death for 6 months,
• payment of rent for 2 months in the event of vacancy following a covered loss.
