Introduction of two new compulsory insurance schemes in the UAE

The Emirates authorities (Insurance Authority) are considering the introduction of two new insurance obligations: coverage for medical malpractice and another for decennial third party liability.

The entry into effect of these obligations would not exceed the beginning of 2019.
