As the Ethiopian government is gearing up towards the liberalization of the financial sector, the shortage of qualified personnel in the country's insurance market is raising concerns.
To address this major challenge, Bruh Finance, a financial services company, in partnership with the Association of Ethiopian Insurers and the Chartered Insurance Institute, has launched an international training program for 50 insurance professionals.
The new program will provide participants with the knowledge and skills they need to work in an increasingly demanding market and adapt to new technologies.
