However, despite rapid advances in technology, the human element remains indispensable, particularly for understanding client needs, managing complex risks, and making nuanced decisions. Human interaction also plays a critical role in building trust and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
IFE stresses the importance of maintaining a balance between adopting new technologies and preserving human expertise. This involves investing in training and reskilling employees to prepare them for future-focused roles in areas such as data analysis, cybersecurity, and the management of intelligent systems.
