Howden acquires Storfield Insurance Consultants

The British brokerage group Howden has acquired Storfield Insurance Consultants, a Hong Kong broker specializing in non-life insurance for SMEs and high-net-worth clients (HNW). The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

This acquisition gives Howden a stronger presence in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong.

Founded in 1985 by Tony Lau and managed by Victoria Lau, Storfield offers insurance solutions tailored to the needs of its target clientele, such as fine art, luxury vehicle and yacht insurance, as well as customized products for SMEs.
