Greenoaks Partners acquires 85% of Cogear and Prime Life Insurance

Greenoaks Partners, a British insurance venture firm, has bought participations of Rwandese insurers, Cogear and Prime Life Insurance.

Now 85%-shareholder of each company, Greenoaks has renamed the two entities Prime Insurance.

The British company promises a faster compensation process and the sale of innovative insurance products on the Rwandese market.
