Generali finalizes its share buyback program

On 6 September 2024, Generali finalized its share buyback program, approved on 24 April 2024 by the company's Board of Directors.

The Group acquired 1 200 000 of its own shares on the Italian stock market for a total of 29 877 980 EUR (32 948 839 USD).

Following this operation, Generali and its subsidiaries now hold 34 780 099 shares, or 2.22% of the company's share capital.
