GAT, two new shareholders

The Tunisian- Kuwaiti Bank of Development (BTKD) reported a 7.4% stakes in the GAT capital ( Groupe des Assurances de Tunisie) following the GAT capital increase from 8.3 to 12.4 million USD. Furthermore, PROPARCO, a branch of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) is now a stake holder with a 15% share in the GAT capital.
