France, 2016 April renewals: SCOR Global P & C increased its turnover

During the 1st April 2016 renewals, SCOR Global P & C managed to increase its volume of gross written premiums of 4.7%, despite a tariff pressure which is currently affecting several markets. The turnover of the non life subsidiary went from 420 million EUR (477 million USD) to EUR 440 million (USD 499.7 million).

The press release issued on April 22, 2016, confirmed that the increase in premium volume supports the goals of the strategic plan "Optimal Dynamics 2013-2016". A new three-year plan will be presented in September 2016.
