Etihad Credit Insurance teams up with Ethiopian financial institutions

Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI), the Emirati export credit company, has signed agreements with three Ethiopian financial institutions: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Development Bank of Ethiopia and Ethiopian Insurance Company, as part of its efforts to strengthen its position on the African continent.

Through this initiative, ECI aims, among other things, to consolidate its commercial ties with Ethiopia, boost the competitiveness of its domestic exports, and offer comprehensive insurance solutions to protect and empower Emirati companies in their expansion into the Ethiopian market.
