Establishment of RMA-Wataniya

RMA-Wataniya, the new company resulting from the merger of RMA and Al Wataniya, will be headed by Mr. Saâd Bendidi. The organization chart of the new company has been presented at a personnel meeting of the two merging companies. The company will focus on three poles: Distribution, headed by Mr. Fouad Douiri; Services, Techniques and Development headed by Mr. Abdellatif Hmidi; and Finance and Support headed by Mr. Taoufik Drhimeur.
