Elyès Jouini appointed as chairman of the board of directors of AMI Assurances

The ordinary general assembly of AMI Assurances has appointed Elyès Jouini as chairman of the company's board of directors.

Elyès Jouini is an actuary approved by the institute of Actuaries (France) and by the general insurance commitee (Tunisia).
As a Tunisian economist and academic, Jouini has conducted several studies on the Tunisian insurance market.

As a reminder, AMI Insurance has recently increased its capital and changed its legal form of mutual insurance company into a limited insurance company.
