Egyptian Saudi Insurance House will take part in the creation of Salama Family Takaful Company

Abdel-Raouf Kotb, managing director of Egyptian Saudi Insurance House (ESIH), said that his company will contribute 10% (1.37 million USD) of the capital of Salama Family Takaful Company.

Salama Family, which will be endowed with a capital of 13.72 million USD, has received the consent of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to operate in life insurance.

The Egyptian Saudi Insurance House capital itself should be soon raised to 13.72 million USD, according to ESIH's managing director.
