Egypt-Kuwait Holding takes over Delta Insurance

Egypt-Kuwait Holding Company has obtained agreement from supervisory authorities to purchase an additional 67% of Delta Insurance’ capital.

Once this move materializes, the Egyptian investment group, already in possession of a 33% stake, will be the one and only shareholder of Delta.
