AtlantaSanad has launched a new service called “Expertise à distance EAD” (EAD remote adjustment).
It is a digital operation which, in the event of a motor claim, allows the policyholder to carry out an online damage assessment and receive an indemnity in less than an hour.
The Moroccan insurer aims to spare policyholders from having to wait for an appointment with a claims adjuster, travel to the site, obtain a repair estimate and complete the entire indemnification process.
