Development of a Ugandan Mortality Table

In partnership with the World Bank, the regulatory authority (IRA) has created a mortality table specific to the Ugandan market.

Based on more accurate statistics, this tool allows for better pricing of life insurance products.

The local mortality tables also accelerate product development, better protect policyholders, increase the credibility of the industry and boost competition.
