Denis Kessler, SCOR administrator until 2024

Pending the shareholders' approval at the next general meeting scheduled for 30 June 2021, SCOR's current CEO, Denis Kessler, intends to renew his mandate as an administrator for a period of three years.

He will also remain Chairman of the group. However, he will be replaced by Laurent Rousseau as the company's Chief Executive Officer.
