Creation of a new Islamic insurance company in Egypt

The Kuwaiti company Wethaq Takaful Insurance has announced the creation of a new Islamic insurance company in Egypt. The company shall be endowed with a capital of 36 million USD, 60% of its shares are held by the Kuwaiti group.
