Continental Re: Thierry Ravoaja, new CUO, Treaties and Retrocession

Thierry Ravoaja has joined Continental Re as Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), Treaties and Retrocession. His appointment became effective on 1 January 2024.

T. Ravoaja holds a Bachelor's degree in insurance from the Ecole Supérieure d'Assurances de Paris and a Master's degree in reinsurance from the Institut Supérieur de Réassurance (Paris).

After working in various positions with Zep-Re and Arab Insurance Group (ARIG), T. Ravoaja joined CCR Re France in May 2019 as Vice President for Asia and Africa.
