CNP Assurances completes the sale of its Cyprus subsidiary

CNP Assurances has completed the sale of 100% of its Cyprus subsidiary CNP Cyprus Insurance Holdings (CIH). CIH conducts life and non-life insurance business across Cyprus and Greece.

The buyer, Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd (Cyprus), acquired the entity for a total consideration of 182 million EUR (207.4 million USD).

This sale is part of the French group's strategy to refocus its international presence.
