Clarisse Kopff, Chairwoman of the Board of Management of Euler Hermes

Clarisse Kopff, 47, has been appointed Chairwoman of the Board of Management of the Euler Hermes group, a credit insurance specialist owned by the Allianz group. She will be replacing Wilfried Verstraete who is leaving his operational functions. This change is pending approval by the supervisory authorities.

A graduate of ESCP Business School and Paris Dauphine University, C. Kopff joined the Euler Hermes group in 2001 where she held several management positions. In 2018, she became Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee of Allianz France.

C. Kopff will assume her new functions starting 1 January 2021.
