CICA-Re : Joseph Luc Foading, new Regional Dierctor for Central Africa

Joseph Luc Foading has been promoted Regional Director for Central Africa of the Inter-African Conference of Insurance Markets (CICA-Re). He succeeds Barthélémy Zoua, who retired on 31 December 2024. The appointment took effect on 2 January 2025.

J. Foading's installation ceremony will be held on 10 January 2025 at the SAWA Hotel, Douala (Cameroon).

A polytechnician engineer, J. Foading has been working with CICA-Re for 24 years.
