CICA Re, Hippolyte Oyouba nominated deputy general manager

Hyppolite Oyouba has been appointed as Deputy General Manager in replacement of Mr. Kadadi who has retired.

A Congolese national, Mr. Oyouba has spent part of his professional career at Congo's insurance company ARC and has also been CIMA's auditor.
