CICA Re, appointment of Barthelemy Zoua

Barthelemy Zoua has been appointed manager in charge of steering and developing CICA Re’s operations in Rwanda, Angola, Djibouti, Seychelles as well as the member states of CEMAC (Central African Economic and Monetary Commission).
