China Life buys part of Allianz Taiwan Life

Allianz Taiwan Life has agreed to sell part of its life insurance portfolio to China Life Insurance based in Taipei.

The transaction, the amount of which has not been disclosed, remains subject to the approval of the supervisory authorities.
