CCR: new appointments and developments in governance

Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) has announced a number of new appointments to senior management positions, established a revamped organizational structure to support the transformation of its business model.

Valérie Quiniou has been appointed Director in charge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Giselle Glaude joins CCR as Human Resources Director and Deputy Corporate Secretary.

Olivier Bélondrade has been promoted to Corporate Secretary in charge of the Legal and Compliance Department and the Human Resources Department.

On top of these appointments, the French reinsurer has also created a General Management Committee (Comité de Direction Générale CDG) to oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the company.

The new CDG is made up of:

• Edouard Vieillefond: Chief Executive Officer
• Chrystelle Busque: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
• Olivier Bélondrade: Secretary General
• Antoine Quantin: Director of Reinsurance and Consulting
• François-Xavier Hay: Director of Investments and Asset/Liability Management
• Rose-Marie Tunier: Director of Communications and Public Affairs

CCR has also renewed its 14-member Executive Committee (COMEX).
