Cash Assurances has increased its share capital by 33%, from 15 to 20 billion DZD (110.6 to 147.4 million USD).
Carried out through the incorporation of reserves, the operation is part of the company's development strategy aimed, among other things, at strengthening its performance and solvency.
In 2020, Cash Assurances had launched a recapitalization process via a capital increase of 7.8 to 10 billion DZD (57.5 to 73.7 million USD), then 10 to 15 billion DZD (73.7 to 110.6 million USD) in 2023.
