Britam poised to acquire 30% of Continental Re Kenya

British American Investment (Britam) is about to acquire 30% shares in the capital of Kenya Ltd Continental Re. (subsidiary of the Nigerian reinsurer Continental Re).
The financial services group would disburse 3.4 millions USD if the transaction were to be completed. As a reminder, Britam is rankig henceforth 2^nd on the Kenyan insurance market after the acquisition of Real Insurance in late 2013.
