Bahrain National Holding Co (BHN) has ceded 25% of the capital of its subsidiary Bahrain National Life Assurance Co to Qatar's Al Khaleej Insurance and Reinsurance Co. for the sum of 5.8 million USD. For BNH, this move comes within the framework of activities diversification and regional expansion.
